O.A.S.I.S Program News
As you may have heard the 21st Century grant that operates after school programs expired at Onalaska School District on August 31, 2009. We applied for a new grant and have been funded. This grant serves only students in grades 4-9.

Programs will begin on Monday, October 19th. The Hours of Operation begin with the last school bell of the day until 5:30 p.m. We will continue to have programs that were successful in the past, like chess, as well as new programs. There will be tutoring, homework time and more. We are looking forward to increased community involvement and volunteers.

Students are encouraged to stay the entire time they do need to stay at least one hour. I will be posting a schedule as soon as it is complete.

We will continue to partner with Centralia College to offer adult and family classes such as, Strengthening Families, GED classes, ESL, computer and Literacy classes for families of our attending students. . Strengthening Families will begin in winter quarter, which will begin in January. Please sign up early to guarantee your spot.

Thank you for all your support,
