December: Caring - showing a genuine concern for the welfare of others and being a kind, supportive helper

Mindfulness During the Holidays

The holiday season can be joyful, but it can also feel busy or overwhelming for students and their families. Practicing mindfulness—pausing to breathe, noticing emotions, and staying present—can help everyone move through the season with more calm and connection. Even small, mindful moments can support a healthier, more balanced holiday experience for students and families alike.
