Children eligible for free or reduced-priced school meals can have their Pay-to-Play fees waived or reduced. This also applies to ASB Cards and may apply to other school fees. Parents may contact the school office to find out if their child qualifies. The Application for Free & reduced-priced meals (called the Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefits (CNEED) application can be found below. If your child qualifies, the school office will need a signed copy of the "Consent to Share Eligibility Form" to waive or reduce sports and ASB card fees.
Please note that the Onalaska School District is a Community Eligibility Provision school, and Meals are Free for all students regardless of eligibility.
