Facility Use Request Guidelines

All facility use requests must be submitted through the FMX system and are subject to approval.

Submission Timelines

  • Community Members: Requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the event to allow time for approvals and pricing.

  • District Staff (including paid and volunteer coaches): Requests must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event for the approval process to be completed.

Submitting a request does not mean it is automatically approved. Please monitor your email for communication from FMX administrators, including questions, required updates, and approval status.

Important Reminders

  • If you are using another staff member’s classroom or office, please add that staff member as a follower on your request as a courtesy.

  • If your event requires technology support or kitchen use, be sure to check the appropriate boxes and clearly specify your needs when submitting the request.

  • Supervisors are not notified until all required approval levels have been completed.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in delays or denial of your request.
